Notary services are offered most days of the week during open hours, free of charge.

ECDL offers free use of the Community Room with kitchen during open hours, to eligible adult card holders in good standing, for meetings, training and programs that align with the library’s mission. Those living outside of the library’s service area will be charged for use of the room.
